I'm Still On Ferrous Sulfate Therapy But Might Switch To Ferrous Fumarate Soon

I might ask my mother to buy me some Ferrous Fumarate soon, it is a type of Iron supplement which is safer to use than ferrous Sulfate plus it has some Folic Acid and other B-vitamins that I needed to help my body produce some healthy red blood cells.

I used to chew a Ferrous Fumarate iron supplement because for me it just taste like chocolate but I am not recommending it lol as it still has that "Irony" taste and it will definitely color your tongue darker.

I am taking it on an empty stomach by the way along with some vitamin C. It will allow my body to absorb more Iron compared to taking them with food because I often would take medications with my food so that drug interactions would get lessened. So I would often take Iron now in the wee hours of the morning at least two to three hours before or after my meal but usually it takes longer than that.

At the end of this month I will also check to see if there had been any difference on my Hemoglobin levels but I do think that I will since I am not using an Erythropoeitin injection and still my Hemoglobin levels doesn't tank which I really thank God for because in these times it is hard to get a blood transfusion especially if the CoViD vaccinations rolls out then every bag of blood will come at a premium price if it will be available.

But I think this month I will get injections of EPO because my mother will apply for free jabs of it for me from the sweepstakes charity branch which is a requirement really because it is needed so that we can get some again after three months.

I still do not want to rely on EPO because I think it will mess-up with my body's own EPO production. That is why I think that it made my Hemoglobin low because it "in my belief" had shut down temporarily or at least tapered-down my body's EPO production just like when a person uses steroids a male person's gonad will shrink because the body will think that it doesn't need to produce "gonad hormones" because it already have enough of it, something like that.

Now I am just supporting my body's own natural way of producing a healthier set of future red blood cells so that I will not get anemic and not to experience complications associated from it like insomnia and lack of appetite.

The important thing is that you will have your injections and for free, there are countries where they do not have this system

Yes we are fortunate to get that privilege and the funds comes from government lottery (charity sweepstakes) but they are not giving much like before maybe because of the Pandemic, as people have no spare money to buy lotto tickets @lupega but nonetheless the recipients get their needed extra support.
