Why we need to do warm up well before training and do we know how to do good warm-up exercises.Good warm-up before training reduces the risk of injuries and helps improve the development and proper shaping of your muscles by giving them elasticity. Without warm-up before training, your muscles stay tight the muscles themselves cannot unfold so optimally during training they have no elasticity so cannot work on the training process and cannot develop properly. Also the muscles have memory and when we do not warm up before training, the muscle fibres stay short (underdeveloped) and as our muscles cannot develop properly, their power will fall rapidly and the risk of injuries increases more and more.
