Why Is Water Important If You Want To Lose Weight & Benefits Of Drinking Enough Water

Water is an integral part of the body and of our life. It also has an important role in maintaining normal function in our body, therefore it is also essential for successfully carrying out the diet and weight loss.

No person could survive without water which is why we consider essential for survival!
Many functions of the body depend on water intake and water and electrolyte imbalance in the body can cause a variety of health problems.
Consuming a healthy amount of water is vital for health. The human body is made up on average of 55% to 78% water.

Every cell of our body needs water, and that is reason enough for them to drink regularly. For example, if the brain does not get enough water, it will not be able to function, which can cause a headache or fatigue. So, the next time you feel a headache or fatigue drink the water because it may be the first sign of dehydration.

At least two liters of water a day is a recipe for health and beauty. Water cleans the body from the inside, but it and our skin and hair more elastic and more beautiful. Dehydration can be a trigger for many serious health problems.

Few people realize that drinking a large glass of water before each meal can help you lose weight. Glass of water reduces hunger and encourages you to eat less.

Drink enough water, at least 2 liters a day to keep your body slim and healthy.
Also, during exercise, drink at least 0.5-0-75 dl water to keep your body hidrated during training and sweating.

A major point to underline here too, is that fats in your body won't burn as easily, unless there is enough water within the system to allow that fat to burn! It seems to be the main point missing in many people's lives and, added up tot he rest of what you brought forth, really makes for a very high potential of healthy thriving life.

When I was in practice as a Nurse Practitioner patients were amazed that many of their problems could be resolved just by drinking water.

It is important to note though, that fluoridated water should be avoided at all cost. A recent research article published in the prestigious medical journal The Lancet states that fluoride is a neurotoxin that causes ADD, ADHD, dementia and other neurological disorders.

Given that information, read the warning on a tube of toothpaste containing fluoride instructing consumers not to ingest the toothpaste because it could cause harm. The recommended amount of toothpaste one should use on a daily basis is minuscule compared to the recommended eight glasses of water per day you should drink to maintain good health.

Taking that one step further, consider your daily shower or bath. Your skin is the largest organ in your body and it absorbs fluoride as you bathe or shower increasing the amount of fluoride in your body.

Fluoride is an extremely hazardous toxin that should be avoided at all cost.

While you can avoid drinking and bathing fluoridated by purchasing expensive whole house water filters specific for the removal of fluoride or buying bottled spring water. The best resolution is to not put poison in the water in the first place.
