- Water does not cause weight loss.
- Yeah water is needed to flush out the toxins that are filtrated out of our blood.... But it really doesnot matter if you drink 2 liters a day or 5 liters. The human body tries to hold on to as much water as it can. And if you drink 5 liters instead of 2, the toxic "stuff" will just be less concentrated in the urin.
