This first question which corresponds to a specific attitude, trait, belief, or behavior that may affect your level of motivation to move forward.

By the guide of my trainer, we will continue how to be on the right track.

When you say to yourself "I will be happy when I reach ____ pounds", one of two outcomes can occur. The first is that you never reach that weight and therefore never happy. The second outcome is that you reach that majical weight and realize after a while that it has nothing to do with your happiness.Eventually you slide back into you old habits and quickly put back all the weigh that you lost.Either way it's a no-win solution.

Keep in mind that the underlyingissuescan be easy or diffucult to solve. You simply may have too much stress in your life or lack the willpower to turn down your favorite junk foods.

It is important to get to the bottom of the reason and to determine what in your life needs to change.
First, be willing to accept that your excess weight maybe emotional bandage of sorts to cover up an unferlying issue.
Next, Work hard to identify what the issue might be.

This is where the self discivery process continues , , , forever! That's right, self discovesry doesn't end when you reach a certain weight or size, it's a lifetime pursuit. Finally you need to make the commitment to change those things that negatively affectyou, no matter how long it takes. Woven into this journey of self-discovery is a commitment to exercising and eating healthy foods.

You need to recognize and feel good about all your accomplishments,it is also essential that you don't make your weight loss more importantthan it reall y is.
Remember that it is only one way to feel good about yourself - you can create others. otherwise, your emotions and feeling of self-worth will simply go up and down inversely with your weight, and the scale will become the source of your highs and lows. This is an emotional roller coaster you can't afford to take

"Be patient. If you can find or create things to be happy about today, you'll be much more likely to take care of tomorrow."

By the guide of my trainer, we will continue how to be on the right track.

Would this be like a series?

Sort of, hahaha

How I wish I am patient in doing workouts, I love being in a good shape though.

That is our biggest problem, we always expect things we want to happen in just one click

Go for health!!

I think the main point about exercising is to find something you enjoy to do. Many people are giving up on exercising after January only because they've been forcing themselves to do something unpleasant for them. When you find a form of exercising you sincerely enjoy, even weight loss starts to seems a whole lot more pleasant. Of course, everyone struggles with motivation from time to time, whether it was about exercising or nutrition, but when you form a habit of something you like, everything becomes a little easier. 😊

Thanks for your awesome thoughts about my post.
