I know where I start these entries. It's a tradition. If I don't start them in my office right after I get up, I won't get to it until much later in the day.

Happy to know I'm a regular guy.

Post workout selfeet... ha ha get it??

This device was updated last night. It's almost a year since I bought it, which means my anniversary of landing in Singapore and the legacy of The Woman will be a year old on Friday. It's still one of the coolest things I've ever done even though it didn't work out the way I'd envisioned.

No regrets coyote. No regrets. I've moved on. I got a taste of how good it could be and how humble I could be... hmmm.

Yesterday I started the day with burpees and it felt good. Today I have to recall that feeling and get to them. Maybe the addict doesn't like the needle, but enjoys the effect. Burpees is my morning needle.

And so it goes... 12 burpees. Move forward. I can probably extend the fast until noon-ish. I'm wondering about a run today. It's cool out, so even noon... or evening. DST is in the mix which gives me an extra hour on the back end of the day.

Got work done. Packing and imagining. Veggie today. But didn't get out. No run. Wah! Too lazy. I think I'll gym tonight... for the therapy.

I had a big appetite today. Too much tea. I think I should go out and get some menthol rub for this shoulder. It gets sore and stiff when I'm not moving it.

The workout is more like a therapy session... Work off all that disappointment.

Gym therapy. Late night workout and the gym was quite full... must have been ladies night.

Pushed some weight tonight... bent flies, and iron cross with 15s. Leg press... slowly, then racked the sucker. Some holds, hangs, pulls, pushes and planks, mule kicks, side Leg raises, side kneeling karate kicks... and... stuff like that there. Oh....twists and semi-lotus.

A selfie or two, update this blog and I'm out. Every bit a midnight workout. I love it. Need it. Will miss it!!!

Now for the after party.

Cottage cheese and veggies. Tea, chlorella and vitamin C... throat was a bit sensitive.

They work all night outside my window. Eleven stories down and I can still hear them.
