Today I will share my opinion on green tea we all know that we should take green tea due to its multiple health benefits and now it became a popular and healthier beverage in all drinks due to its natural health benefits.
But have you ever thought that it also comes under caffeine and consuming caffeine daily is harmful for our health and it somewhere related to it whether it has multiple health benefits but taking in too much quantity could be harmful I will tell you here about its multiple health benefits.

Tea and coffee are the beverages if we are taking in lot of quantity will not good for our health firstly it will directly affect our oral health which is the most important part of our body and if are not aware about it bacteria and toxins can grow easily and there could be the chances of oral diseases if not taking care properly so think about before you take caffeine.
But why we recommend green tea as healthier beverages here I have some health benefits due to that people love to drink it in their daily life.
