Aphrodite Days : How To Keep Motivated With Exercise

I'm on week 2 and I think I have started to crack it.

Here are some reasons why I think I am keeping motivated (If you have read my other blogs you will know I had a major problem with exercise motivation!)

  • I enjoy the exercise I am doing (Currently Badminton and Bootcamp)
  • My clothes feel comfortable (I'm Wearing  the right bra, seriously if not it's an accident waiting to happen!)
  • I make sure all my jobs are done before I exercise (I can't switch off otherwise) 
  • I have made myself exercise in some form every day
  • I drink plenty of water and eat properly so I feel energised
  • My husband is getting involved (He should actually run the bootcamp- He is so bossy!)

I know my motivation is returning because today I woke up WANTING to go for a RUN! Not a walk, a run.

So ladies and gents I may actually have it in me to become super fit again! It's been a while.

P.S I ALMOST beat my husband at Badminton which is a great achievement seeing as he always boasts about being a badminton champion!
