Easy Beginner Yoga Poses

People are sometimes intimidated by yoga because they see so many pictures of advanced yoga, with people twisting themselves into a pretzel, but it doesn't start like that! ❤

Basic yoga poses are still very beneficial and almost anybody can do them. Start where you are comfortable and work up to a routine from there. Remember to breathe! Ideally you would end with a few minutes of meditation. ❤
