Beri family (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries) you can make a healthy snack to overcome constipation. All three are fruits that have high fiber content. At least 72 gr fresh strober gives you intake of 2 grams of fiber. Blackberries in the same size, giving 3.8 grams of fiber, while raspberries provide 4 grams of fiber.
You can eat it whole, mixed into a fruit salad, or sliced as a pancake topping for breakfast.
