Breakfast
I have always struggled with eating breakfast. Not just because I can't be bothered to make it, but it's also difficult to decide what I fancy at 04:30 in the morning.
Here's a couple of breakfast dishes I have, nothing exciting.... but it gives you an in site of what Slimming World is really like.
All the below should be cooked in 1 Cal (Frylight)
Full English Breakfast
Eggs (cooked however you like them)
Baked Beans
Mushroom
Bacon (with all visible fat trimmed off)
Tomatoes
Bacon butty
Bacon (with all visible fat trimmed off)
2 slices of wholemeal bread (Healthy B)
OVernight Oats
35g Porridge oats
Muller Light Yoghurt
- Leave in the fridge the night before
Omelette
3 eggs
Mushrooms
Ham
Onions
30g Cheddar
