My understanding was that a post - or comment - had to be worth more to be paid out (rather than the "dust" returning to the pool) than before. But perhaps that was old/fake news. I have a feeling it will be worth less for both authors and curators to upvote comments (unless they are very popular) but I am happy to be corrected
