  • In Vienna, the establishment of the Republic of German-Austria by Franz Dinghofer announced.

  • In Berlin, for the first time, the revolutionary Prussian government is coming together under the control of the Workers 'and Soldiers' Councils. One of the first decisions is the confiscation of the entire property of the royal family.

  • The People's Commissars of the German Republic announce their government program. For the first time, women should also be able to participate in elections to the National Assembly.
