Fixed the Steem2SOL Swap (hopefully) by adding a Priority Fee for sending SOL

Recently, there are a few steem2sol swaps that failed with the same error that I mentioned a few days ago steem2sol: a failed transaction investigation (TransactionExpiredBlockheightExceededE

I was reading this:

And I think the problem is that when the SOL network is congested, the transactions without setting a Priority Fees may be likely to fail.

Thus, I have added the priority fee when transfering the SOL (the last step of the swap!) and hopefully this should address the issue!.
