Something is weird happening

Hi friends,

I am writing this post because I found something weird. Some days ago I found one user post in the newcomer's community. So I also commented below my results on that post but I found that later on this post is supported by @steemcurator03 and @tarpan.

I left that issue at that moment but the same user @jamesabby post I found today in the newcomer's community and again same post gets votes from the @tarpan and @steemcurator03.

So I take look into that user account and I found that this user constantly post achievement 1 post and gets the vote

I also look into the wallet history and I found that @jamesabby sent his earning to the @alandchi from the last few days and this looks that @alandchi has multiple accounts.

I just had one question about the @endingplagiarism. Posting the same post multiple times is not part of the plagiarism? Supported by the same account is not part of the scam? Enjoying the rewards given to promote the steemit is it not part of the crime?
