Elements for Chana Dal Tikki Recipe
Split Bengal Gram doused 1 cup
Scratched Fresh Coconut 1/2 cup
Oil for shallow singing
Green chillies generally slashed 2
Ginger generally slashed 1 inch
Onions slashed 2 medium
Salt to taste
Gram flour (besan) 1 tablespoon
New mint branch for embellishing
Strategy
Stage 1
Warmth adequate oil in a non-stick skillet.
Stage 2
Put split Bengal gram, curry leaves, green chillies and ginger in a blender container and pound. Add coconut and onions (saving a few) and salt and crush again to a coarse glue.
Stage 3
Move into a bowl, add held onions and gram flour and blend well. Shape the blend into equivalent estimated balls and smooth them somewhat to make tikkis.
Stage 4
Spot the tikkis in the skillet and shallow-fry, turning sides, till fresh from the two sides. Channel on permeable paper.
Stage 5
Mastermind them on a serving plate, embellish with a new mint sprit and serve hot.
