Because of Intel processors, Apple will stop selling the iMac Pro

9to5Mac has reported that Apple will reduce sales of its iMac Pro integrated workstation.

You can still buy one, but it is limited to the basic 10-core (Xeon) configuration, which is only available "until out of stock."

And you also have to be patient as requests take 3-4 weeks and we are writing this.

Apple told Engadget that most customers are satisfied with the advanced iMac 2020, which takes solid-state drives as the standard and includes newer graphics, 128 GB of RAM and the option to finish the display with nanotechnology to reduce glare.

Apple said it was not clear if there would be a replacement, or when there would be a replacement. The company introduced the iMac Pro in late 2017 as an efficient timer system, while premium customers await the redesigned Mac Pro.

Although Apple has upgraded the basic specifications from an eight-core CPU to 10 cores, it has never updated the rest of the components otherwise.

The iMac was mostly useful to professional users who needed a relatively easy-to-transport machine for tasks like editing photos and videos.

IMac Pro faced an uncertain future. Apple's shift to in-house production of silicon units for its processors was an incentive to rethink the company's production system strategy.

And rumors have spread about future iMac devices that may reach high-speed 16 cores, in addition to the mini Mac Pro desktop computer.

And if the rumors prove to be true, there will be little benefit to the new iMac Pro as other systems can do the job as well.
