It's another interesting post which I'm going to share how my day was going.

I have just been in love with farm work for so many years now, right from my childhood so it as now become part of my lifestyle and also hubby.

Morning Activities

Early in the morning after I woke up from the bed, I freshen up my self by taking care of myself and then went ahead to complete the house duties.

I went and fetch water, watch plates and also sweep the compound which is part of my obligations.

After everything we went to the farm to harvest some cassava for the family use. It was fascinated in the farm while reaching there we found out that the cassava was really healthy and the tubers of cassava was also very big and much after the harvesting.

We took time to harvest the cassava and also we had to clear the farm because there was enough grasses which grew up along side.

On the process of harvesting I was exhausted and tired because it was really hard and stressful, the work was now becoming much heavier for me.

I had to take some break and then came back again which we had to round up and start arranging the cassava so we can carry them to the house.

During the little break, I had to use the privilege to capture some pictures in the farm, then later when and gather all the cassava together were we found out that there cassava were much, so we arranged them into the bag we came with and basin for easy way to carry them to the house.

I was so tire to carry it on my head so I decided to use my grandmother's bicycle to carry them to the house.

Afternoon Activities

On getting to the house, we had to prepare some delicious porage yam to eat, the most interesting part is that we also harvested the yam in our farm so it was now less expensive for us to get something to eat.

As a farmer we only buy some fee things which are like the salt, maggi, fishes because we are not close to the river so we don't have the privilege to catch fish by ourselves, sometimes buy meat if we could not catch any bush meat.

Evening Activities

Later in the day, I had to go and rest my head by sleeping till it was evening because I was not having anything to do again at the moment.

After I woke up from sleep, I had to go to the kitchen to get my evening food and also carry the cassava inside the kitchen so that we can lock the kitchen till tomorrow because we are going to process the cassava tomorrow to become garri.
