This article is a must read for the YouTube publishers, especially those who are just starting off in YouTube or planning to do so. Those publishers who are very popular on YouTube should also read it to be aware of the potential competition that they could face in the future and perhaps prepare for it in advance.
The author of this article is Jeremy Kauffman is the CEO and founder of LBRY, a blockchain based digital marketplace, which launched a blockchain based video platform back in 2020 called Odysee.
Besides Odysee, there are also several other blockchain based video platforms. Two of such platforms which are relatively popular are d.tube and 3speak.tv. Dtube supports authentication on multiple blockchains, viz. Avalon, Hive and Steem blockchains, while 3speak.tv support only hive blockchain.
