The article being shared here, discusses the book, 'The Big Nine' by Amy Webb. 

Amy Webb writes about the nine big companies dominating the ai field currently. She says that the nine big companies would decide the future of ai and if they fail, then automatically we fail too. 

She does not allow for alternative scenarios or for one or more smaller companies in the AI field to dominate in the future. 

We think, given time, there is a serious contender who could possibly outdo one or more of the nine in the future. The serious contender we have in mind is singularitynet.io.
