Wonder what is wrong with these leaders. He gets his facts wrong by saying BTC has depreciated 50% in the past month. He also paints cryptocurrencies with a broad brush by saying that ALL cryptocurrencies are bad. The best advice he could have given his people is to be extremely careful and to invest in cryptocurrencies only after having done thorough research and then to invest only what they can afford to lose.
Perhaps, the Chechen people are not capable of self-control and it is better to err on the side of caution!
