By using EXCL's unique purchasing and banking infrastructure, the BCC Crypto Collaborative believes we can create a financial store of value in EXCL itself. Additionally, informed by the work of David Graeber (2011), the article is an account of the BCC Crypto direct action of mining EXCL and building its network. Moreover, a team of anonymous developers and BCC Crypto Collaborative are proposing a way to fund the tuition for all the Bronx Community College Students for the academic year 2021-2022.
