There are so many recipes here that you can try a recipe a day and by the end of it on the 34th day you would have eaten so many carrots that you wouldn't want to eat carrots again! Therefore, we suggest you space out the recipes once every 3 or 4 days. Most of the recipes are 4 or 5 ingredients recipes and are simple to prepare. Many use slow cooking and so if you don't have a slow cooker you may want to find out how to do slow cooking without a slow cooker as did out ancestors long before slow cookers were invented.
