Although, the recipe in the linked article below is a vegan broccoli soup, you could substitute the coconut milk with cows milk if you are a vegetarian. If you are a meat eater you could substitute chicken stock for vegetable stock. The permutations are many.
The attached vegan broccoli soup recipe calls for the use of potato.. What about substituting it with Japanese sweet potato? Try it and tell us how it turned out.
