Humans really remind us to live healthy and free from disease, one way to keep the human body free from disease is by exercising. There are many benefits from exercise that the human body can get if done regularly. It is better if exercise is done every day, humans can exercise at least 30 minutes a day. We don't need to do strenuous exercise, we just need to do light exercise to get the benefits, light exercise that is very easy for us to do such as walking or jogging in the morning day. If you don't have time to do it in the morning, light exercise can also be done at night. However, the most effective exercise on the human body is done regularly every day and also done in the morning.
There are several benefits that we can feel from regular exercise, such as:
Maintaining Healthy Bones and Muscle joints in the human body
keep the muscles from cramping, warming up can also keep our bones and joints in order to avoid the risk of injury to the muscles during exercise. Warming up can also help to increase fluid in the body which is useful for lubricating the joints, so that it will make the joints more smooth and flexible during exercise. Exercise is also able to strengthen human bones and muscles to keep them strong and not prone to diseases such as: bone loss, fatigue while working and others.
