Yoga is the best exercise in this corona pandemic. It takes a small space to do. In this corona pandemic we are not allowed to go out except any emergency and at home sit idle can make us over weight and also we can lose the immunity we have.
Everyday a little exercise can help us feeling good and it can help us to increase immunity power. Most of us sit on work at home in front of computer and long time sitting everyday can increase chances of obesity. Yoga or some warm us is a good idea in this pandemic time.
We can use a small space beside the window where from you can inhale cool oxygen in the morning. Not too much just 30 minutes of warm up or yoga or any kind of exercise at home can help us to increase immunity power.
In this corona we can work out more and we can stay safe and healthy in quarantine. Let's do it as soon as possible.
