Depression is an extremely unwanted word in our lives, because even in modern technology based society and life we are failing to keep ourselves free from this word called depression. Just as we rise at every stage of our lives for various reasons, so we fall again for various reasons, this is a normal and ongoing thing.


But still we cannot or will not be able to accept this normal occurrence at many times in our lives. Which causes a kind of stress on our lives? In reality, this stress is increasing in many ways and we cannot cope with this unwanted stress in life. As a result, we drowned in a sea of despair and got stuck in various problems.


In my previous writing I have tried to discuss it in detail and present my own doctrine. But today I will try to discuss this a little differently. And that is the religious influence. Does religion have any effect on the frustration of our lives? Or is there any solution between religions?


Notice, whenever we fall into various kinds of stress, a kind of negative attitude is formed about our relationship with ourselves and the people around us and this negative attitude hurts our self-confidence and religious beliefs. We continue to get excited about this unwanted problem and move away from people and religion.

It's okay to have distrust of people, because the situation forces us to do so. But then why do we move away from religion? This is where we make the biggest mistake. In my opinion, moving away from religion is the biggest foolishness for us.


Because it has been proven that peace is one of the most important religions in the world. Moreover, religious sentiments are able to play the most effective role in controlling people's anger and tension. Moreover, current medical experts acknowledge that religious attitudes or feelings work well in relieving arousal and emotional distress. So this time we should try to use our religious attitude.


Notice deeply how flexible the use of those who maintain a religious attitude is among the people around us. And how flexible is the attitude of those who do not maintain a religious attitude or stay away from religion? Why is this difference made? Because the only religious attitude. Religion has had a profound effect on human behavior and peace of mind since the beginning of the world. That is why the differences between us become clear all the time due to religious reasons.

Emotional instability is somewhat less prevalent among those who regularly observe religious rites and ceremonies, or who maintain a constant religious attitude. But yes, exceptions are everywhere, there may be some extremists here too, religion never supports them. Because religion means humanity and peace!


So those who move away from religion due to stress for various reasons, they can not easily free themselves from stress. Religion is able to play a very good role in overcoming your problems and fears. Religious beliefs prevent emotional turmoil and encourage religious education to be best used with others. So whatever the stress or instability may be, moving away from religious beliefs and religion can never be the right decision.


So follow the religious rituals to deal with the situation, be steadfast in resolving internal pressures and problems. Religion does not endanger people, but plays a more effective role in establishing peace of mind and mind. Our behavior and misconceptions are the root cause of all our unrest.

Excellent reflection.

Religion can be a wonderful refuge at the moment of the torment of depression that drags us to another time that is not the present moment.

The practices that give us peace, and with it, presence in the here-now, bring our mind to this instant and depression has no chance of lasting too long if we are feeding on the present.

That energy, the energy of mindfulness, becomes peace, wholeness, belonging and happiness. And that is what we are all looking for.
