I love to eat chicken and one of my favorite parts of the chicken has got to be the wings. I can eat loads of it and not get sick of it. Whether it's fried, oven roasted, smoked, stir fried, or in stew/curry, I'm down for some chicken wings.
Great game day food and super delicious, oven roasted chicken wings with a blue cheese dip is one my go-to recipes whenever I'm having some wings craving.
I marinate the wings overnight with smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and some oil. You could also marinate the wings with some sriracha or chili flakes to give it a spicy kick.
I also do this for catering gigs and deliveries for my F&B business. It's a favorite among customers and clients for parties and events.
For my business, I don't use blue cheese dips because it's very pungent and I suppose doesn't quite fit the taste pallet of most Malaysians. I coat it instead with a sweet, tangy and spicy sauce. It's a 3 flavored sauce and it really is a hit with the locals.
It's a kind of sauce that's similar to those you find on sweet and sour fish but this one is a little more spicy as you can see with it's darker brown hue instead of a orangy one.
I'm now trying out and perfecting my wings to make it the ultimate wings. I managed to do a batch the other day that really got me excited and it really is another level of deliciousness when it comes to wings. I'll post that up soon when I have the chance to do it again.
