Exercise should last at least half an hour because:
In the first 10 minutes of aerobic exercise, about 90% of sugar and 10% of fat are burned.
In the second 10 minutes
This equates to 30% fat and 70% sugar.
In the third 10 minutes
The ratio of fat to sugar is usually 50-50.
In the fourth 10 minutes
This equates to 30% sugar and 70% fat.
In the fifth 10 minutes
Reaches 90% fat and 10% sugar.
So if a person wants to lose weight, his activity time should be more than half an hour and at best it should reach one hour to an hour and a half.
Tip: Do not confuse fat burning with muscle burning.
