The watermelon is synonymous with summer and so its worth cannot be underscored. The fruit that it is, watermelon provides a sense of mouth watering satisfaction with board in stride. In summer as in spring, the moment excitedly relished the moment of biting into the slices gales across the home. The bright green outer shell encapsulates the sweet red flesh filled with small black seeds. For hot, bright days there is no match for a watermelon, cool, crisp and very watery which refreshes one instantly.
Such picnics make me remember the family picnics and watermelon pieces made their way over to us, the juice ran down our palms as we munched them with children frolicking everywhere, some of the slides have already gone over board. It was the best summer booster in barbeques, over and above all food, real good bye of the feast was always that fruit.
