"Do your best with yourself" refers to the drive to always be better than you are right now. This is possible through self-awareness and discovery of ones’ strengths and weaknesses and making sure that you improve each day. It is about setting personal standards, discipline, and tackling and overcoming difficulties with the aim of developing. Doing your best with yourself also means being able to forgive oneself as well as accept some of the situations leading to failures. This encompasses caring for the physical, emotional as well as mental aspects of one’s body and thus extending one’s abilities. In the end, it's about every action being in harmony with one's beliefs, moving towards a goal every single day and being strong, optimistic and happy over the course of one’s life.
