Healthy physical and mental functioning is dependent on fresh air. It helps our organism gain the oxygen that is essential for enhancing the work of the brain, improving mood, and health in general. One of the good effects of being in the open air is that it can help decrease one’s stress, increase attention, and relax the body. It is also good because it cleans our lungs of all the dust and other harmful substances that build up when we are in confined places.

Going out, to a park, to the beach, or just taking a stroll outside, helps one to be in touch with nature, refresh, and so on. It is also of great help to improving the quality of sleep that we get as it helps in the proper functioning of body clock. It also works to boost the body’s defenses by promoting the production of white cells which combat infections. As our generation is filled with indoor activities, taking a break for some fresh air is very healthy decently balances our physical activity.
