What are the scientific facts regarding the benefits of regular prayer on our physical and mental health?

Regular prayer has numerous positive effects on our physical health. It engages our entire body in movement, serving as a form of exercise. Praying five times a day ensures holistic physical and mental well-being. It move and resolve our joints issue if it exist in body also it control our body blood cerculation. And also it help to healthy people to loose their heavy weight. And also improve mental health in peace and many other ways.

May Allah grant us strength and courage to offer 5 time prayer regulary.
