Splinterlands - A Battle worth sharing with Halfling Alchemist

Hello battlers,

Not sure whether it can get anything better than this!!!

All I am saying is about a battle involving Halfling Alchemist and couple of low Mana cards against Kron The Undying and Mushroom Seer and defeat them!!.

Ok, here I go with more details..

Yes, as you see the cards lineup, I used a Peaceful Giant, Boogeyman, Undead Archer AND Halfling Alchemist.

I don't have to say much about the cards/monsters used by other person, because those 2 are the well established cards in Kron The Undying with that self healing and huge life of 10 along with 3 magic attack.

The other card being Mushroom Seer, another gem of a card with silence ability.

Ok, so, looking at both the lineups, would you give me a chance to win this battle? I know you would say NO, but that happened...

Here I go with round by round details.

Round 1:

With speed of the opponent's monsters getting reduced to 1 each thank to Boogeyman, it's the Undead Archer who landed first blow and took out the healing ability of Kron The Undying thru Affliction ability and after couple of attack exchanges, Halfling Alchemist attacked the Kron The Undying to reduce it's magic attack from 3 to 1 courtesy of halving ability and rounding it to lowest round figure i.e. 1!!!

Round 2:

Without healing ability and also the magic attack got to one third, Kron The Undying, just was like toothless snake.

While there weren't any casualties in this round, the health of Kron The Undying reduced to 5 while Peaceful Giant still surviving at health 3.

Round 3:

Inspite of the halving and affliction, Peaceful Giant was the first to be removed in third round and Kron The Undying was hanging on with just 1 health left.

Round 4:

At the very beginning of round 4, Kron The Undying was remove and Halfling Alchemist got another chance to halve the attack and this time, it's Mushroom Seer whose magic attack got reduced to 1 from 2 and this has to be the turning point of this battle.

Round 5:

Mushroom Seer resisted the attack from Boogeyman, Undead Archer and Halfling Alchemist to survive one more round and because of it's reduced attack, Boogeyman was still on the battle.

Round 6

It didn't take much time to reduce the 2 health of Mushroom Seer to Zero as Undead Archer's one blow was enough.

I think that was one of the best battles for Halfling Alchemist and it may not get any better for that to beat a well established monster like Kron The Undying, but we also need to remember that Undead Archer's part is equally important here in inflicting affliction in it's first attack itself!!
