Hello, my dear friends. After a long time, I'm here with a new cookery episode. Today I'm going to show you how to make "Nasi Goreng". Nasi Goreng is the popular Indonesian fried rice that is traditionally served with a fried egg. Actually, you can prepare this food with your own recipe. This is my own recipe. 👇
For Nasi Goreng Rice
Rice (Basmathi or any kinds of rice)
Boneless chicken (Cut into thin strips)
prawns
carrots(sliced)
onion leaves(sliced)
Garlic ginger paste.
Eggs
salt
Tomato sauce
Soya sauce
Onion
Peper
For Chilipaste
Garlic ginger paste.
grinded chili powder
Onion
Shrimps
oil
Soya sauce
salt
sugar
First, you should season the chicken and prawns. To do it mix salt, soy sauce, and pepper with chicken and prawns. Then keep it on the side. In the meantime, you can prepare chili paste. To do it, first, put some oil into the pan and heat it. Then add garlic ginger paste and fry it comes to golden brown color. Then you can add shrimps to the pan. Now fry it in the low heat. Once it is well fried, You can add onions to the pan. Then you can add grinded chili powder into the pan. Then fry them well and finally, you can add soy sauce, salt, and sugar. Then Fry all of these things well and turn off the gas cooker.
Now our chicken and prawn mixture is ready. You can put a pan on the gas and add some oil to the pan. Then add our chicken and prawns mixture. You should fry it well.
Then add carrot slices into the chicken and prawns mixture.

Then add one egg and other ingredients. But don't add onion leaves. Now our mixture is ready. In the meantime, you should have cooked rice. Now you should add the chili paste into the rice and mix it well. Now you can see the red color rice. Then add our chicken and prawns mixture into the rice and mix it very well. Then You can add fried eggs to our rice.
Our meal is ready now. Now you can taste it.
