Cupcake tradition that just doesn’t make sense for me | 5% for SL Charity.

There are so many things in our country that just doesn’t make any sense. And this is one thing I found to be so illogical.

Cupcake is a very common sweet and there are many people like me who are in love with cupcakes. Even though it’s a very common dessert, it’s equally hard to find much variety of it unless we custom order it. There is usually the same chocolate and vanilla topping that we could see in cupcakes and the designs are almost same and repeated.

But last week had been exceptional. I could see cupcakes wherever I go and it was not the same design in every shop (which is usually the case). I was so surprised to see large quantity of cupcakes with so many different designs. But there was one similarity in all those variety of designs. Can you guess what that was? Hearts!!! All of the, had hearts. And then I realized the reason for this sudden interest for cupcakes. It’s all because of Valentine’s day….

All of those variety of cupcake designs have disappeared again since Valentine’s day is over. And most probably, they will not appear till next year. I seem unable to understand these shop owners. Do they think that cupcake exists only to be gifted and shared by lovers? I mean why can’t they make it in variety even in other days… The number of sales may not be equal to festival season, but they still could make a normal quantity at least in two to three designs to match the sales of normal days.

This whole cupcake situation doesn’t make any sense to me. But thanks to the valentine’s day, I could have some cupcakes in a variety.
