The last month (August) had been a great month for a travelling freak like me as I set off to Hatton as my third trip for the month. I ended the last month and started the new month by spending three days in Hatton. Since it is rainy season, it was always raining and misty there which added more beauty to the journey.
After settling down in the hotel, our first destination was Mlesna Tea Catle. I’m not a fan of tea by being a non-tea drinker, but I have heard that it is a nice place to visit in Hatton. We went to the place by bringing a heavy rain with us.
There has been a wide variety of tea powder there and I couldn’t help purchasing some of them given the fact that I don’t drink them😅 And then there were old pictures and machinery that were used to produce in old days. It was like a museum where we can learn about the history connected to tea plantations in Sri Lanka.
More than anything, it is a very good place to click some photos. I spent more time taking photos because we had to wait anyway till the rain calm down.
I'm so full of myself though.., This is the first pic I clicked before taking the picture of the environment. 😂But my justification is that nature will look more beautiful when you observe it from your own eyes.😅👀
Once the rain was okay, we went back to our hotel.
Thanks for reading.
Have a nice day!
