Materials whatever it takes

  • 2 kg polar rice
  • 1 kg beef
  • 1/2 liter soybean oil
  • 1/2 kg green pepper
  • 1/2 liter mustard oil
  • 1 kg onion
  • 250 grams raw chilli
  • 8 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoons of cumin paste
  • 1 packet of hot spices
  • 1 packet of Tehri spice.
  • Water should be used in moderation
  • Salt should be used in equal amounts of turmeric and powdered pepper

Rules to create now

First you have to wash the beef and two kg of rice and there should be no dirt. Then take the beef in a pot and remove it to cook on the stove with some amount of spices and water and oil.

You have to cook the beef in the oven until it is cooked. And if you feel the need to give water there, you have to give water and cook until the beef is cooked.

If you need to stir a little, keep stirring, otherwise the beef will burn and stick to the pot, otherwise it will be spoiled. After cooking, you have to take the beef down and put it in another pot. After boiling the rice, you have to put the beef there.

Then you need to boil 4 kg of hot water until the water starts to boil. You need to heat the water. When the water is heated, close the water pot and lower it. You need to keep the spices separate before cooking the biryani.

Then you need to use a pan in which you can cook 3 to 4 kg of rice. First you have to put the pan on the stove and fry the biryani spices. After the spices are well fried, you have to release the retained rice and keep mixing the rice with the spices and stirring until the rice is like flour.

After the rice is well cooked, you have to pour the whole packet of spices that was in Tehri and you have to pour 4 kg of hot water that you sent and put it on the stove for a while with the lid on.

Just two to three minutes before the rice is banned, you have to pour the cooked beef into the pot and cover it again for about five minutes then your beef biryani will be ready instantly.
