Greetings to all,

It pleases me to come make a post after a long time of absence,having thought of what to do and topic to post,it was due on me that one thing we haven't look on was limestone it origins and some other creditable uses,yes i made few research and leter noted that limestone wasn't use to make cement only but some products are gotten from it as well. Read on to get your mind enlightened.

Limestone is a rocky stone formed by the action of water or water molecules. It is an aqueous rock such as greater than 50% calcium carbonate(calcite - CaCOS ) and dolomite as it's major minerals. It can be yellowish, whitish, greyish in colour with classic or non-classic texture, it is thoroughly hardened and varies in shapes.

Limeston was first was first discovered by Belsazar Hacquet in 1778, they can be found in Indian Ocean, Persian Gulf, Gulf of Mexico, Pacific Ocean, Islands and Indonesian archipelago region.

•It can be used to make sculptures, because it's suitable for carving
•It can be used as a suppliment for cattle feed and mature chickens
•It can reduce methane blasts on underground mines
•It can be used as an agent of removing blast furnaces from iron when bound with divers impurities and silica.

Limestone is tested by dropping a small bottle of 10% hydrochloric acid on a calcite. The entire acid will erupt with bubble and a vigorous fizz will last for seconds.
