Graduation time for my Girl friend

My girlfriend followed a Degree in chemistry at Sri-Lanka Institute of chemistry for 4 years.So finally it comes to an end in this year.So graduation ceremony for her degree held at B.M.I.C.H. on March 16th.So I attended that ceremony and so happy to see her wearing a saree and receiving her graduation.

Donating blood

2021 is a year that lot of blood donation programmes held.As this covid pandemic spread heavily the blood bank needs more blood for patients.So they give permission for volunteer groups to conduct their blood donation camps.We as HOPE VOLUNTEER'S also conducted a blood donation camp.Normally I donated blood 3 times every year,but this year I donate blood only one time.That is a sad thing for me.Looking forward to donate more blood in 2022.

Celebrating Sinhala and tamil new year

After four years I got a chance to stay with my family for sinhala and tamil new year 2021.This year my mother prepare lot of sweets.I enjoyed those very much.This time we decided not to visit our neighbors as covid pandemic is dangerously spreading in those days.So on 12th to 16th I stayed at home.Those days were unforgettable days for me.

Charity Programmes

2021 is a year that we have done only three charity programmes under HOPE VOLUNTEER'S community.We have done blood donation programmes,books distribution programmes and many more programmes.As the first programme on January we did painting the 1m distance mark on public places such as banks,ATMs,shops.We got a huge appreciation for that programme.

As the next event we did a school accessories distribution.It was held in february month.We have choose 150 students those who are unable to achieve their necessary requirements to go to school.

As the last charity programme we did a blood donation programme on september 1st.We got the permission from General hospital Diyathalawa and from the P.H.I. in Bandarawela area.We have done all these charity programmes under doctors guidance.

Traveling

In this year I haven't join on much of traveling.As the covid pandemic still spreading in Sri-Lanka this year we limit our traveling.But I have visited some of the places that I was willing to visit.So first of all I visited AMBULUWAWA.This place got to a trend among youth for a time.So I also visited this place.It was a nice place.The environment and the view of nature is so nice in there.

As next I worshiped the temple of the tooth relic in Kandy.It was in April.

So after the lockdown I was hopping to travel somewhere.Because after the lockdown I went to my job.So as that I haven't got much time to travel.So I want to give some relax to my mind.So for that I worship Shri-paadha in December 17 and 18.

Overall this year is a good year for me.But I'm so sad to spend three months in home on the curfew days.This is our golden age.We have to work as much as we can.But anyway that was a good time to identify who are bad who are good.

Most unforgettable thing for me in this year is I'm visiting my girlfriend's home with my family.That day was a unforgettable day for me in my life.She was so beautiful that day.

My Progress on Steemit

I joined Steemit community in 30th september 2021.Through @sathsara I got to know about steemit.So untill today I have uploaded 51 posts.I have uploaded most of the posts in @SteemSri-Lanka community.@steemsrilanka is a wonderful community with wonderful friends.Thanks very much for your appreciations on my posts.I'm looking forward to upload more posts in this community.For now I have 368sp,it's all because of this community.

My only wish now is to see the whole world getting cured from this covid pandemic.I hope in 2022 we will have no more lockdowns.Sadly a year has come to an end.But a fresh year is coming.Have lot of plans in 2022.Let's stay safe guys.
