β Time travel is not possible in my view as well. You are not only going back or in future but it will affect others as well. Suppose if I go back will it not change others life as well? If I go back and do something to someone will it not change his/her present? Its not possible and just a theory thing.
However, your lecturer said right you can form in childhood easily but it will little hard in middle and after 30 it is very hard to form or change.
