요즘 다이어트 열심히 하는 와이프가 표고버섯에 꽂혔어요 ㅋㅋㅋ
와이프 점심식단 닭가슴살 & 표고버섯 구이!
거기에 마이너스 칼로리라는 오이까지!
그래서 표고버섯이 집에 왕창 있어서 오늘 저의 저녁은 표고버섯 & 삼겹살~!
버섯 한움큼하고 삼겹살 한점 먹으면 극.락!
거기에 매콤새콤 오이무침으로 입가심 해주면 끝도없이 들어가네요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
쫄깃쫄깃 너무 맛있어요 ㅠ.ㅠ
버섯이니까 건강에도 좋겠죠? ㅎㅎ
오늘도 잘 먹었습니다~!
