THE VANILLA ICE-CREAM
The Vanilla Ice-cream is one of mine favorite recipes and I do love baking them. My mother is a caterer and at such I love being with her when she is bakes. I learnt this recipe recently and would love to share it with the family too.
INGREDIENTS
- Full ice-cream milk........... 4 cups
- Milk powder...................... ¼ cups
- Sugar................................. ¼ cups
- corn flour/starch............... 2 spoons
- Liquid tin milk................... 2 tins
- Vanilla essential/flavor...... Enough
PROCEDURES
STEP 1
Pour full cream into frying pan on low heat and stir with hand turner or stirer, you could improvise.
STEP 2
Add milk powder and stir, add sugar and stir too.
STEP 3
Measure corn flabor into a plate, add liquid milk into plate that contains the milk flavor and stir.
STEP 4
Add the above mixture to a low heat, add all mixtures into a pan or pot.
STEP 5
Add Vanilla essential to it and whisky, Pour into an Ice cream mould and store in a refrigerator for 1 hour.
STEP 6
Pour out mixture after 1 hour and whisk it once again. Add food colour of your choice
STEP 7
Transfer into ice-cream mould and refrigerate before serving.
