The Diary Game: Shopping At The Local Market/ Handling Weekend Runs [15/02/2025]

Good day my beloved friends and steemit family, happy new week to everyone, I am wishing us and praying that doors that no one can shut be opened to us this new week in Jesus name... Amen. Permit me to share how one of my weekend days (Saturday) went.

When I woke up, it was very late in the morning, I slept till 9am because I spent the previous night working out myself and was only able to sleep around 5am in the morning so It wasn't that I purposely slept till that time.

When I woke up, I went to the nearby store to get myself a toothbrush because the other one was long over due to be changed then I took this shot while waiting for my turn for the shop owner to attend to me.

After buying the toothbrush, I went back home and brushed my mouth, took my bath then had some slices of bread that was left in the fridge as a pre-breakfast before I stepped out. On my way to the market, my slippers had a cut, so I had to immediately branch the cobblers shop and get it fixed before going to the market.

On arriving the market, I had to first of all buy myself pineapple to eat because it's been a while I took it after which I just went through the market to get what I went there for, aperantly I wanted to prepare afang soup so I bought the ingredients necessary to prepare it then went back home to start the preparation.

When I came back, I started preparing the soup, it took me a whole lot of time to finish with the preparation but I was able to finish it up by 1pm because I was actually preparing it alone. After cooking, I dished it and began to eat it and then took my bath again.

After bathing, I went to my room and then began to do some promotional videos, after that I came online on steemit to vote and comment on other people's posts, my eyes were really heavy, I had to rush over everything so i could take my nap. I did napped for like 2 hours then I woke up by 5pm.

After waking, the sun was still high and hot, I had some condemned clothes that weren't worth gifting to some one again so I had to take them outside and make sure I burned them to ashes then went ahead to go bath because the smoke had touched me and I was smelling more like it.

When I finished bathing, I started with doing the contest in Hot News Community then when I was done with that, I went outside to stay atleast for a while. When staying outside, my elder sister came and we had so much fun while she was getting her hair loosed, we took some beautiful pictures then she went back home.

It was already late at night after I had dropped her off at the bus stop then I went back, on my way I bought this packaged palm oil, it's the first of it kind I have seen, this was so creative of the person, I took it back home to go show my neighbor if she would like something like this.

I stayed awake till 10pm just watching movies on my laptop then by 11pm, I decided to sleep because Sunday was for church. And that was my day in a single piece friends, thank you so much for going through my day, I am glad I am able to keep you entertained.
