Hi, Steemian friends wherever you are. How are you guys lately? Hopefully, you are always healthy and able to produce creative, innovative, original, and quality post every day. Today, I want to participate in one of the contests organized by the Recreative Steem team, Steemit Engagement Challenge S4-W4: Healthy Routines by @nadiaturrina.

To make it easier for me to compose sentence by sentence, I followed the guide from the organizer. Here's a detailed discussion!

  • 1. What moves you each day to go out into the world to fulfill your responsibilities?

I have goals that I want to achieve. My biggest dream is to become a famous writer in the future. My books are neatly arranged on the library bookshelf and neatly placed on the desk of a literature lover. I want my books to stand on par with the works of famous authors in bookstores.

It is the blessing of hope that moves me to get up and do activities every morning. Morning is a good start for something new. I start the morning with a few paragraphs of writing that nourish the brain. Usually motivational snippets, love rhymes, and inspiring videos.

  • 2. - What things do you do or what methods do you use to keep yourself balanced? Explain (health, beauty, fitness, sport, devotion).

To maintain a balance between myself and my mind, I regularly do gymnastics and meditation. I exercise two to three times a week. While meditation only once a week. Gymnastics makes me look two years younger than my age. While meditation makes me grateful for the achievements that have been achieved so far.

Meditation is an important thing in our life. Meditation gives birth to positive thoughts about all situations at hand. I feel calm, peace of mind, and positive energy that surrounds me every day. Exercise keeps my body healthy, and meditation keeps my mind healthy. These two things I have never left to this day.

  • 3. Do you feel there are things you can improve in your routine? Mention them.

I already have an idea to compose a romance genre novel. But it has not been done perfectly. It is still in the stage of identifying the characters that will be used later. And there have not been several conflicts as a complement to the main conflict of the novel. And this has become homework for me.

  • 4. Would you like to add any other routine to your life? What would it be?

I want to take part in online or offline workshops organized by well-known national writers. Then form a community that supports each other for a better life in the future.

  • 5- are you satisfied with your current lifestyle or do you think it could be improved?

I am satisfied with my lifestyle today. No less. And now, I'm pioneering in design business by investing. My mom and dad are very supportive. I am trusted to organize and manage finances. This belief is a bit drained of energy to think a few steps ahead before acting. And this makes me wiser in acting.

  • 6- which of the routines you perform would you recommend?

Meditation is a positive thing that produces nutrition for mental health. Many benefits will be obtained if you do it regularly. One of the positive things that I feel the most is reducing greed and accepting every situation that is faced with grace.

I'm the type of girl who doesn't want to get into trouble with other people. And the best way to get rid of problems is by way of meditation (self-introspection). Then sincerely apologize for the mistake made and accept all the risks from it.
