... its crispiness. That’s why I researched roman history and found a predecessor called pinsa romana. Crisp, aery dough, yet very easy to digest, no sugar, and 50% less calories then casual pizza dough. If you’re asking yourself “so if i’m on a diet, i could eat pinsa?”, you’re 100% right. Yes you can eat pinsa, cause its calorie intake is less then a chocolate bar. I never wanted to be like the others, always look to make smh different, unique, just bcs nobody done it before, it doesn’t mean you can’t try. Cause if you do, you’re gonna be the first who has done it. Believe in yourself, if you don’t try you’ll never know. One day when i open my own place, you’ll be able to enjoy this tasty dish.
