... simple english 1000 layers. Its country of origin is unknown, but is a part of french cuisine for centuries. Made from puff pastry, fresh fruit (strawberries or raspberries), vanilla pastry cream, and caster sugar. Since i’m a self taught chef, while i was learning through books, tv shows etc, i always wanted to know even more, for me a Chef is not a line cook, i just know pasta and nothing else, thats not a chef. To become one, you have to be interested in a whole kitchen process. Its the same in life, if you want to help with advice or to teach others, you have to learn it yourself. Thats why i pushed myself to learn as much as i can. And i love myself for that, not giving up when it gets hard, always focused on the future, no one is going to give you flowers if you don’t plant them and water them everyday. Back to this french classic, in 21-st century, my role model Mr. Gordon Ramsay, took this cake to a complete other level. The passion that is built in this one, burns inside me also. If you make it for your girl, you won’t need to ask her to marry you, it’s all written over it (its also very cute and suitable to hide a pretty ring inside it). You can dm me for recipe, enjoy! 👨‍🍳
