Choice in illusion #Вибір в ілюзії

Is freedom of choice real, or is it all an illusion? Let's start with the understanding that there is a difference in the presence of choice and freedom of choice, or in the real existence of ways to implement the possibilities of internal will. So, getting a situation with a choice and choosing one of several options provided by the realities of life and coincidences of circumstances, we are guided either by the experience gained, or by considerations of the present moment, or by the mood experienced at a given moment in time and carrying an emotional component, - "but I want it so much!". However, the choice in any case will be predetermined in the direction of the most optimal decision for the individual at the time of the choice. Where is the freedom of choice? She is absent.

Remembering the sacred moment of the cult film The Matrix, the option with two pills, blue and red, is considered, but not all available options are considered. There are at least four of them:

• take the red pill;
• take the blue pill;
• take both pills;
• do not accept anything.

A correctly constructed dialogue, a depicted situation does not even give the viewer the opportunity to really consider all the options. We go in the illusion of the film where they lead us.
Is life different? How do you think? Or all the same, we begin to understand that we do not have real freedom of choice due to the existence of external and internal conditions prescribed by society in our brain for optimizing the choice being made. But there is an illusion of freedom of choice existing in our ego, and by accepting this fact we get real freedom and, as a result, enjoyment of every time span in the now.

There is such a sect - night priests, lovers of hiking at night to the refrigerator, to devour. Consider the situation when one of the adherents of this cult opens the refrigerator door at night and sees bananas and strawberries. The process of comparing options for the upcoming decision begins in the brain, the strawberry is beautiful, juicy, sweet taste with a characteristic aroma, and the banana is easy to peel, pleasant taste and aroma, besides, memory suggests the usefulness of a banana in the diet, a complex chain of connections and associations occurs in the brain, the result - a choice in favor of a banana. I note that there are options to choose from:

• take a banana and strawberries;
• consider other options if there is a possible filling of the refrigerator;
• do not take anything and go to sleep on.

Each of us can conduct this experiment and note the results for ourselves. In fact, we already know the answer before choosing. Hence the new post-Rodenean thinker

Чи реальна свобода вибору, чи все ілюзія? Почнемо з розуміння того, що існує відмінність у наявності вибору і свободи вибору, або в реальному існуванні способів реалізації можливостей внутрішнього волевиявлення. Отже, отримуючи ситуацію з наявністю вибору і вибираючи один із кількох варіантів наданих реаліями життя і збігами обставин, ми керуємося або отриманим досвідом, або міркуваннями теперішнього моменту, або настроєм, що переживається в даний момент часу і несе емоційну складову, - "а мені так хочеться!". Однак вибір у будь-якому випадку буде визначено у бік найбільш оптимального на момент здійснення вибору для індивіда рішення. Де свобода вибору? Вона відсутня.
Згадуючи сакральний момент культового фільму Матриця розглядається варіант із двома таблетками, синьою та червоною, але не розглядаються всі доступні варіанти вибору. Їх як мінімум чотири:
- прийняти червону таблетку;
- прийняти синю таблетку;
- прийняти обидві таблетки;
- не приймати нічого.

Правильно побудований діалог, ситуація, що малюється, не дає глядачеві навіть можливості розглянути дійсно всі варіанти вибору. Ми йдемо в ілюзії фільму туди, куди нас ведуть.
У житті справа інакша? Як ви думаєте? Або все-таки починаємо розуміти що ми не маємо реальної свободи вибору через існування зовнішніх і внутрішніх прописаних соціумом у нашому мозку умов оптимізації здійснюваного вибору. Але є ілюзія свободи вибору існуюча в нашому его, і приймаючи цей факт ми і отримуємо справжню свободу і, як результат, насолоду кожним тимчасовим діапазоном зараз.

Є така секта - нічні жерці, любителі походів вночі до холодильника, щоб пожерти. Розглянемо ситуацію коли один із адептів цього культу відкриває вночі двері холодильника і бачить банани та полуницю. У мозку починається процес порівняння варіантів майбутнього рішення, полуниця красива, соковита, солодкий смак з характерним ароматом, а банан - легко чиститься, приємний смак і аромат, до того ж пам'ять підказує корисність банана в раціоні, відбувається складний ланцюжок зв'язків та асоціацій у мозку, результат - вибір на користь банана. Зауважу залишаються варіанти вибору:
- взяти і банан та полуницю разом;
- розглянути інші варіанти за наявності можливого заповнення холодильника;
- не брати нічого взагалі та піти спати далі.

Кожен із нас може провести цей експеримент та відзначити для себе результати. По суті, ми вже знаємо відповідь перед вибором. Звідси і новий построденівський мислитель

Happiness is not in the future, it saturates the space here and now.

Щоразу вибираючи ми творимо ілюзію, творимо спонтанно і з результату внутрішнього аналізу внутрішніх та зовнішніх обставин, найчастіше сприймаючи вибір як ігрову форму діяльності. Адже все, що доступне людині в процесі вибору відбувається абсолютно спонтанно, або в дещо іншій межі сприйняття процесу вибору – механічно. Механічність формулюється як сприйняття спонтанності через причинність. Звідси неприйняття ілюзорності свободи вибору та виникнення факторів фатальності та неминучості. Залишається Шлях Просвітлення, через духовні вчення, в усвідомленні спонтанності чи механічності процесів свідомості, і, як наслідок, звільнення від тягаря ілюзії вибору та отримання свободи, що дає спокій, новий погляд на проблематику подій, умиротворення, реальну насолоду кожним, нехай і мул зараз. Щастя не в майбутньому, воно насичує простір тут і зараз.
