Felicitaciones a todas las Mujeres en su día. Hoy quiero compartirles alguno pensamientos acerca del empoderamiento femenino; una lucha que ha llevado a cabo la humanidad durante siglos. Las mujeres han luchado a través de la historia para tener los mismos derechos que los hombres tienen, para tener la capacidad de decidir sobre sus vidas y para ser tratadas como iguales.
Congratulations to all the Women on your day. Today I want to share some thoughts about feminine empowerment; a struggle that humanity has waged for centuries. Women have fought throughout history to have the same rights as men, to have the ability to decide over their lives and to be treated as equals.

El empoderamiento femenino implica que las mujeres tengan control sobre sus vidas, a través de la toma de decisiones, el acceso a la educación, el trabajo y los recursos económicos; a tener una vida más satisfactoria, segura y plena, además de contribuir al desarrollo de la sociedad.
Female empowerment implies that women have control over their lives, through decision-making, access to education, work and economic resources; to have a more satisfying, secure and full life, in addition to contributing to the development of society.
