It saddens my heart when things that should be done rightly are not done. What happens to the central waste bin, or people that pack those waste to pour in the waste central bin. Those people are doing it as their daily work. Paying them 100 or 200 is what put food on their table. Hmmm If it continues like this, more cholera outbreak will be the announcement.
